LICENSE AGREEMENT

PARTIES:

This license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the following parties:

Buyer.

1. SUBJECT:

The Seller undertakes to grant the Buyer a license for the digital products specified below and to specify the terms of use of these products.

2. LICENSE SCOPE:

This license grants the Buyer the right to use the purchased digital products to produce and sell physical products under certain conditions. No other rights of use or reproduction are granted to the Buyer beyond the terms specified in this Agreement.

3. LICENSE TERMS:

a. The Buyer is only entitled to sell the physical products produced using the purchased digital products. Any other commercial use or sale is prohibited.
b. The Buyer may use images of the products they create using the purchased digital products but is not granted the right to use images owned by No1 Ideas.
c. The Buyer is not allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the purchased digital products. Digital products can only be used by the Buyer for personal or business purposes.

4. SALES LIMIT:

The Buyer is not entitled to sell more than 50 units of physical products produced using the purchased digital products.

5. PROHIBITIONS:

The Buyer is not allowed to make any alterations to the purchased digital products and resell them, distribute them in any other way, or use them to create another product.

6. DURATION:

This license agreement will be effective from the date the Buyer purchases the digital product.

7. VIOLATION CASE:

The Buyer has been informed that failure to comply with the terms of this license will result in immediate termination, and legal action may be initiated.
